With the help of the lovely Annabel Gray, our  monthly Healing Gongs sessions have now started  in Stourbridge, at the beautiful Elmfield Steiner School to a full house! Delighted to see how sound relaxation/healing is gaining momentum.

Next one on 21st July – with some Qigong breathing & movement with Ron Prescot ND to lead us into the session.
