SESSION OPTIONS

Our Energisers get teams connected and engaged —
Main Events create space for richer creativity, shared leadership and group trust to develop.

TEAM ENERGISERS (30–60 minutes)

Fast, fun and full of impact.

Our energisers quickly boost mood, sharpen focus and bring the room to life — perfect for away days, leadership training, wellbeing sessions and that after-lunch lull.

Designed to work fast, these sessions create instant connection through shared rhythm, helping groups relax, laugh together and feel part of something collective within minutes.

Drumming or Boomwhacker energisers are expertly guided, accessible to all and carefully structured so everyone can join in with confidence — creating a powerful sense of togetherness without pressure or performance.

We deliver a powerful shared experience — an entire room playing, listening and creating as one.

MAIN EVENT (90 minutes–2 hours)

For deeper connection, creativity and shared leadership.

Longer sessions offer space to explore rhythm more fully — building a shared rhythm “vocabulary” together and giving individuals the confidence to express themselves within the group.

Participants are gently guided into simple improvisation, discovering how to listen, respond and step forward when it’s their moment — developing trust, awareness and shared leadership as the group begins to “jam” together.

These sessions support creativity, confidence and collaboration, with people often surprised by how natural and rewarding it feels to play off one another and co-create something unique.

An exhilarating centrepiece for away days, leadership training or wellbeing programmes.

Even complete strangers quickly become a confident, connected group, often surprised by how good they can sound when they work in harmony.
