Our corporate relaxation sessions offer a rare opportunity for teams to step out of “doing mode”, reduce mental fatigue and experience deep parasympathetic rest. People leave lighter, calmer and more connected, often saying they feel more relaxed than they have in a long time.

Signature Soundbath — an immersive sound journey created by a professional musician, blending gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and gentle drums to guide the body into deep calm. Each layer is crafted with intention for relaxation and resonance — a sensory experience that quiets the mind and resets energy.

Guided Relaxation — deeply restorative sessions inspired by yoga nidra and body-scan meditation. With soothing voice guidance and gentle live sound, participants drift into effortless rest — releasing tension and calming the whole body and mind.

Available as 30–60 minute sessions.

Learn Calm

Practical Skills for Everyday Resilience

A science-informed wellbeing workshop that goes beyond traditional mindfulness, teaching people how to regulate stress through the body as well as the mind.

Using breath, body awareness and the senses, participants learn practical stress-reduction tools to steady their nervous system, sharpen focus, and build lasting resilience.

Participants learn:

Active Calm

Gentle Movement for Stress Relief

Active Calm team reset sessions use simple, accessible movement to release tension, improve mobility, and steady the nervous system. Rooted in gentle yoga, tai chi and qigong traditions, these sessions are suitable for all levels and designed to leave people feeling grounded, energised and clear-headed.

Yoga — a calm, gentle movement practice combining breath, mobility and relaxation to reduce stress and restore balance.

Tai Chi — slow, flowing sequences that improve posture, focus and emotional steadiness — perfect for balancing energy and calming a busy mind.

Qigong — rhythmic, meditative movement that supports circulation, energy flow and a relaxed, centred state.

Available as 30–60 minute sessions.
(Pairs well with a Soundbath or Learn Calm workshop for longer events.)
