Join renowned percussionist & sound healer, Sarah Westwood as she takes you on a blissfully soothing and meditative sound experience – the latest trend in health and well-being that has been practised since time immemorial!
The unique sounds of beautifully crafted Gongs, Shamanic Drums and Rav Vasts (a brand new instrument from Russia) draw you effortlessly into beautiful, creative states between sleep and deeply relaxed awareness, where the mind can find freedom and the body an exquisite rest.

PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY JUST BEFORE 7PM to get settled for a 7.15pm to 8.30pm soundbath (DOORS OPEN FROM 6.50pm to 7.10pm)
A COMFY MAT AND SOFT BEDDING (for under you as well), and something to cover your eyes, or you can sit in a chair if you wish – a blanket is still nice. NB – Sleeping bags make too much noise as people move! So blankets, fleeces & soft duvets please!
Not advisable during first trimester of pregnancy (and under your own responsibility at other stages), for those with a pacemaker or dissociative disorders. Take care also if you have hearing issues – I don’t play loudly, but bring earplugs as a precaution.
