Supremely Relaxing & Revitalising…
Mind-expanding & Healing…
For the first Full Moon of the autumn, we have a very special Saturday Night event for you – a two hour Soundbath featuring the sublime sounds of Harp, Gongs, Voice & Drum, in an exciting collaboration of Sarah Westwood and Sound therapist & Harpist, Jane Saunders. Together they will create a unique, beautiful Soundworld to take you on a powerful & magical healing journey.
Sound draws you effortlessly into beautiful, creative states between sleep and deeply relaxed awareness, where the mind can find freedom and the body an exquisite rest. Regular sound baths are invaluable for relieving stress, sleep problems, anxiety, depression and chronic pain issues, and for deep meditation/ journey experiences for those wishing to explore and expand their inner awareness.
Establish a regular, nurturing space for yourself and join a wonderful community of like-minded people ♥
