Signature Soundbath — an immersive sound journey led by a professional musician with three decades of experience, blending the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, ocean waves and gentle drums to guide the body into deep calm. Each layer is crafted with musical awareness — a sensory experience that quiets the mind and supports deep rest.

Guided Relaxation — deeply restorative sessions inspired by yoga nidra and body-scan meditation. With soothing guidance and subtle live sound, participants drift into effortless rest — releasing tension and calming both body and mind.

Gentle Movement for Stress Relief

Active Calm sessions use gentle, inclusive movement. Suitable for all levels, they help people feel grounded and refreshed — ideal for conferences, away days and wellbeing programmes.

Hatha Yoga — a gentle, adaptable practice combining breath, simple postures and relaxation to release tension and support ease of movement.

Qigong Flow — slow, rhythmic standing movements with breath and body awareness to settle the nervous system and restore a calm, centred state.

Chair Yoga — an accessible, seated practice, supporting mobility, comfort and relaxed breathing in a safe, inclusive way.
